Program
Development
One of the keys to any program is documented
procedures that comply with customer requirements and reflect the actual
working practice and equipment of the company. We don't generate paper - we
take the time to learn the process flow of your company and build the procedure
around your present process. Following procedure development, an actual walk
through is conducted (self audit) to assure the necessary steps are adequately
defined, reflect the intent and that personnel understand the process
|
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditors
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineers
|
Audit
All audits are performed by certified Lead Auditors
that meet ISO, ANSI and aerospace requirements. Audits support internal
independent annual assessments, preparatory audits for third party
certification and/or trouble shooting audits to support root cause evaluation.
The process includes a review of existing procedures to verify compliance with
customer requirements and a review of the implementation of procedures to
verify the effectiveness of the program. Audits are performed by personnel
certified by ASQ as Certified Quality Auditors.
