What separates us from other
companies? MFCO addresses real world issues with real world
results. We develop mock-up inspection conditions that the inspector will face
in the day to day performance of inspection duties. When an inspector has
completed our training, he/she will have a command knowledge of what is
required and how to perform the task. Mock-ups include leak testing pressure
equipment with real leaks; ultrasonic angle beam inspection on in-situ joints
with known induced flaws; thickness gauging and the common errors associated
with the method; and, characterization of surface indications using liquid
penetrant and visual inspection criteria. All training
meets the requirements of ASNT document SNT-TC-1A; the Association of American
Railroads (AAR) documents M-1002, Specifications For Tank Cars; and Appendix T,
Nondestructive Examination as invoked in Casualty Prevention Circular
(CPC-1168). Classes are held on-site or at our Wichita Facility. For more
