Payment Terms

Tuition is payable two weeks prior to the first day of the course. Fees include textbooks, handout materials, course tests, and course certificates. Payment may be made by check (payable to "Metal Finishing Co.) or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your enrollment, we must be notified in writing (email or faxed letter) at least ten (10) working days prior to the first day of the course. Otherwise, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

If we cancel a course, we will provide you at least five (5) days notice, and you will be issued a 100% refund.
