ABOUT THE COURSE: This course meets the training
requirements of Aerospace Industries Association - National Aerospace Standard
NAS 410, Certification & Qualification of Nondestructive Test Personnel;
and complies with the training guidelines of the American Society for
Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT
CP-189 and American National Standard CP-105. The course addresses the
inspection and process control methodology of ASTM E1417 and incorporates the
process control attributes of NADCAP (Performance Review Institute)
specification AC7114. Attendees will receive formal classroom training, hands
on inspection and be required to perform all process controls relative to
aerospace requirements. Hands on inspection will include the processing of
aerospace hardware and inspection of parts with known defects.
