WHAT DOES THIS PROCESS COST?

    Our process costs from $2.10 to $10.00 per pound depending primarily on the weight. We offer a plan whereby you can select the number of pounds of items you want processed and a period of time like six months or twelve months that you want the work to take place. This does several things for you. It drives down the price per pound, sometimes dramatically. Also, it allows you to send us what you want, when you want to and still get a better price.

WHAT IS THE PAY BACK?

We have customers who have calculated a seven to one pay back on the dollar. This is easy to realize if you look at the five areas of manufacturing the process impacts:

· The cost of new tooling is considerably delayed
· The cost of re-sharpening, regrinding and reworking of tools is decreased.
· The reduction of scheduled and unscheduled downtime to replace tooling.
· The cost of direct labor to replace or adjust tooling.
· The cost of scrapped or damaged parts due to worn tooling.
