Robert Babst Sr.

CEO
Mr. Babst has been with the company for 42 years. He is the second generation working at Metal Finishing Company. As the CEO of Metal Finishing Co. he is responsible for the direction of management team. Over the past year, Mr. Babst has been the President for 35 years and is still active as the Chief of Processing and Facility Design and the Chief of Technology Support. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wichita State University. He has been married for 41 years and has 4 children.

Robert Babst Jr.

Mr. Babst has been with Metal Finishing Company for the past 12 years with experience in Customer Service, Sales, Quality Planning and Engineering. His current responsibilities include providing management and oversight for all departments within Metal Finishing Company and Diversified Services, as well as, being the Director of Engineering for the company. Mr. Babst has many accomplishments along with being the third generation working at Metal Finishing Company.

Dale Crouch

Paint Shop Manager
Mr. Crouch has worked at Metal Finishing for over 10 years. The first 2 years as a parts painter. He has a Bachelors Degree in Management from Friends University.

Bud McDonald

Plant Manager, DSI Wellington
Mr. McDonald has worked at Metal Finishing for over 9 years as part of his 22 years in the aircraft industry. He is a graduate of Friends University with a degree in Business. His experience includes: Program Management, Strategic Business Unit Manager, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Vice President of Quality and the operation of multi-axis CNC machines. In his spare time he is a Board Member for the Future Business Leaders of America at Belle Plaine High School.

Jerry Biggs

Second Shift Manager
Mr. Biggs has been with Metal Finishing Company for 15 years. He has supported the company as first shift plating operations manager over the cad and zinc line and now is responsible for all production on second shift. He is a very experienced cad and zinc plater.

Ed Ball

VP of Sales/Marketing - Dir. of Customer Relations
Mr. Ball has been with Metal Finishing Company for over 10 years. His currect responsibilities include: Customer Service, Estimating, Sales and Contract Negotiations. He received his degree of Business Adminitration/Marketing from Wichita State University.

Jason Janhke

IT Director
Mr. Janhke has been with Metal Finishing Company for 2 ½ years. He brings with him 10 years experience with Koch Industries, Accounting for 5, Tech Support for 5. He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is also has Microsoft A+ Certification.

Bob Potter

Mr. Potter brings to Metal Finishing Company 35 years of experience in the aerospace and power generation industry.

Jeremy Lentz

Manager Process NDT and Field Inspection
Mr. Lentz has been with Metal Finishing Company for 12 years and is currently the Manager for NDT processing at Metal Finishing Company McLean facility which includes; magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection, and field services. Mr. Lentz has been a Level II certified inspector in magnetic particle, fluorescent penetrant, ultrasonic inspection, and eddy current inspection. He has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Along with all of these responsibilities, Mr. Lentz provides onsite inspection of aircraft as well as other products requiring NDT inspection that cannot be performed at Metal Finishing Company.
